PAMPERS: Lakaw na! Cebu moms dance to the new Pampers Less lawlaw, Go Galaw song!

PAMPERS: Lakaw na!
Cebu moms dance to the new Pampers Less"lawlaw", Go Galaw song!

Cebu, Philippines (June 22, 2018)--Adorable, smiling babies and their proud mothers recently gathered for the fun Pampers Baby Dance Party to celebrate baby’s freedom of movement in a less lawlaw diaper, a much-anticipated event that thrilled moms and babies in Cebu.

The fun-filled Pampers Baby Dance Party series started in Manila when the mother and baby tandem of Toni and Seve Gonzaga launched the new and improved Pampers Baby Dry.

All looking cute and huggable in colorful tutus, bows, ribbons and wigs, babies and their mothers learned the dance steps of the catchy Pampers Go Galaw Jingle as they took part in a play activity especially designed by Gymboree Cebu.

The upbeat song highlights how babies can go galaw in a less lawlaw diaper, thanks to the new Pampers Baby Dry. Babies swayed joyfully to the music, showing their newly acquired dancing skills to their moms. The superiority of new Pampers Baby Dry diapers was better understood by the parents as they watched their babies move around freely and without any difficulty while wearing diapers that fit snugly and do not hamper active babies’ movement.

There’s a compelling reason to make sure that babies wear diapers that do not sag or leak. According to Go Naked: Diapers Affect Infant Walking, a 2012 study from the US National Institute of Health, the bulk caused by saggy or lawlaw diapers may hinder a child’s ability to walk properly. Not too many mothers realize this, however. According to a nationwide survey done by Pampers, only 8% of moms think that lawlaw diapers can affect how babies move. Pampers has not only increased awareness of the impact of saggy diapers to baby’s movement, they’ve also found a solution!

Lawlaw happens when pee is accumulated in a single spot in the diaper. A lawlaw diaper also means wetness and leaks, as well as the need for more frequent diaper changes.

To address this, Pampers Baby Dry introduced its well-loved magic gel channels to absorb wetness evenly and distribute it throughout the whole diaper. This puts an end to lawlaw, allowing babies to move with more freedom. This helps in their development as babies become free to explore and learn from the world around them. It also makes for less unsightly looking diapers, so that babies look even cuter and more huggable in photos taken at the Mom & Me photo booth.

“At Pampers, we put baby’s development at the core of our innovations. We want them to be comfortable and to move undisturbed by a saggy, lawlaw diaper. Pampers Baby Dry now with magic gel channels ensures everything that a mother can ever ask for – seeing wiggly happy babies dancing, bidding lawlaw goodbye” says Adie Villegas, Pampers Communication Manager. “Since we ‘ve launched more and more moms #ChoosePampers for their babies to have the most fun #PampersGoGalaw days”
